There are no different levels of energy without environmental problems at international levels. Therefore, international community has tried to regulate and codify the rules and regulations and identify legal principles to decrease conflict of interest between energy and environment. Studies have shown that despite the several binding agreements and non-binding declarations on energy and environment, the situation of global environmental conditions is critical. The aim of this study is to analyze some existing binding agreements and non-binding declarations on energy and environment. Then it proposes the necessity legal principles and practical patterns toward achieving sustainable development.

In this paper, a detector based Intensity Hue Saturation (IHS) image fusion method is proposed to improve spectral adjustment considering to the sensitivities of individual MS and PAN detectors in the multi-line linear Charge Coupled Device (CCD) arrays beside the effects of atmosphere, illumination and spectral mismatches between sensors. Proposed approach is based on detectors of satellite sensors that consist of two parts. First, adaptive weighting coefficients of the multi spectral (MS) bands are computed to simulate Intensity component using multiple linear regression (MLR). Second, histogram matching is implemented between panchromatic image (PAN) and Intensity (I) component of MS image in order to reduce spectral distortions due to spectral response differences between I and PAN images. Experiments carried out on IKONOS satellite images show that the proposed method produces more reasonable results than other IHS based methods including standard IHS, generalized IHS (GIHS), Fast IHS (FIHS) and adaptive generalized IHS (GIHSA).

INTRODUCTION \nThe preoperative distress and anxiety are associated with an increased incidence of troubled recovery from anesthesia and behavioral problems in children. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between preoperative parental anxiety and emergence agitation in a small-sized Turkish pediatric population.\nMATERIALS AND METHODS \nA total of 60 children of 3-7 years of age, undergoing adenotonsillectomy with sevoflurane, were included in the study. A questionnaire of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) test was completed by the parents before surgery. Postoperative recovery and agitation situation were recorded.\nRESULTS\nThe mean STAI scores of the mothers and fathers were 44.2 and 38.2 (mean±SD), respectively. The details of surgery, anesthesia and length of hospital stay after surgery were the main factors associated with increased parental anxiety. The STAI scores of employed caregivers were found to be lower. The number of children with Pediatric Anesthesia Delirium Scale > 12 were 7. The agitation scores of children was directly correlated with parental need to accompany them. The educated parents required significantly less information. \nDISCUSSION-CONCLUSION: \nIn this study, in a small-sized Turkish pediatric population; the factors identifying parental anxiety did not significantly affect emergence agitation state in children.

Azadirachtin is a biological insecticide neem extract of the plant used for thousands of years. It is regarded as a plant growth regulator.\nFirstly, the study looks at the effects of different concentrations (0.5 g/l, 1 g/l and 2 g/l) of azadirachtin on mortality of adult males and females of Blattella germanica. On the other hand, in these adults, we determine the effect of sublethal concentration on olfactory ability to detect the smell of their congeners.\nWe recorded the mortality rates of up to 100% for high concentrations which allowed us to calculate the lethal concentrations (LC50% LC90%) and the lethal time (TL50% TL90%). Behavioral tests showed that Azadirachtin affect, also, sexual and gregarious attractiveness adult cockroaches which fail to be attracted significantly different odors.

This study shows that weed species observed, encounter frequency of (%) and coverage (%) to determine the purpose of the pre-harvest in 2012 in tea plantation of Rize. 1. exile (in May), 2.exile(July) and 3 exile (Sept. month) was carried out, including. Tea planting areas divided into 12 regions, a focused pre-harvest every 5 km by going to the designated area. In 1 da area, weed species found in tea garden areas investigated, covering areas (%) and encounter frequencies (%) were determined. Also the number of weed species in a frame by removing 4 times 1 m2 frame was determined randomly. Conducted surveys in 28 gardens belonging to 24 families 58 weed species have been identified. These families have been the largest family in the family Poaceae with 16 species. 1. exile (May) period of 37 to 17 families were identified weed species and weed species encountered most Commelina communis L. (85.71%), respectively. 2. exile (July) during the 19 families belonging to 44 species have been identified and most occurrence of weed species Dryopteris carthusian valve (Vill.) HP Fuchs (% 85.71), while 3 exile (September) period of the 16 families 34 species have been identified and most weed species encountered again until Dryopteris carthusian (Vill.) HP Fuchs (92.85%), respectively. Among the refugees \"General weed coverage on (%)\" 1 exile (May) period, 38.85%, 2nd exile (July) and 49.10% 3. exile period (September) the period has been determined as 43.50%. \"“General Coverage Area (%)\" as 1 exile period is 7.66%, 2nd exile period 7.67%, 3 to the exile period,% 11:51 value Commelina communis L. in the period of three exiled more than any other kind of \"General coverage area (%) \" is determined to have.

This study was conducted to investigate the nutritional knowledge and food habits of College of Food and Agriculture Sciences, King Saud University, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The simple random sampling method was adopted to select 158 respondents .Data were collected in the face-to-face interviews using a pretested questionnaire. Frequency distribution, percentages, correlation and chi-square, were used for data analysis. The study findings indicated that the respondents had poor awareness of nutritional and food practices. Spearman Correlation coefficient revealed positive and significant relationship been between the type of the respondents’ type of house, father’s education and family income in relation to food intake (at 0.05). The results also showed positive and significant relationship between respondents’ age and fathers’ education with the respondents’ BMI (at 0.05).

Se analiza el problema de los Juegos de Realidad Alternativa como nueva forma de comunicación, en varias direcciones. 1) Se profundiza en el fenómeno mismo, que es novedoso en sus objetivos, procesos y resultados. 2) Se considera su “cientificación”, para evaluar su proyección actual y futura. 3) En cuanto realidad social, los ARGs se analizan a partir de la Teoría de la Acción Social. 4) Se estudian las nuevas posibilidades de comunicación que propicia la interacción de los agentes que participan en la acción social. Este artículo propone la triangulación de las Ciencias de la Comunicación, las Ciencias de Diseño y la Teoría de la Acción Social como un marco de estudio idóneo para entender este nuevo fenómeno complejo.

This physiological and ecological study was performed on Centaurea consanguinea DC. in 2009 to acquire information about certain characteristics (bioclimatic, edaphic, topographic, biotic etc.) of its habitat and distribution in Turkey, determine the requirements for germination, explore the plant-soil relations and obtain data on certain aspects of its population biology. Plant and soil samples were collected from the center of Amasya and Havza (Samsun) District in Turkey by using standard methods. Soil texture, structure and other physical and chemical measurements such as pH, total protein and electrical conductivity (EC) were determined by using various analyses. Nutrient amounts were found out to be in the ranges of 0.01-0.007% for N, 0.0008-0.001% for P, 0.01-0.09% for K, 0.0002-0.0003% for Na in the soils. N, P, K and Na amounts (%) were recorded as 2.25, 0.0068, 0.07 and 0.02 in the plant, respectively. It was observed that germination ratios of the seeds were depended on various factors such as pH, germination season and temperature. Several analyses were done related with soil texture, structure and other physical and chemical properties of soil and the results are presented.

Fisheries and marine resources is a potential source of new economic growth. North Maluku is an area of potential marine and fisheries sector, which is included in the border region. This study aims to analyzed fisheries and marine resources sustainability in the border areas of North Maluku province.\nData collected includes (1) the ecological aspects; (2) the economic aspects; (3) socio-cultural aspects; (4) the legal aspects/ institutional; (5) infrastructure aspects through field surveys. Data were analyzed using Monte Carlo /RAPFISH.\none of the conclusions of this research are Development and sustainable management of fisheries and marine resources in the District of North Morotai still classified in the category of less accountable. Based on the values of accountability index is known that the development dimension is less accountable category consists of three dimensions of ecology, the economic dimension and the social dimension of culture, whereas the Development dimension accountable enough that category consists of two dimensions of law and infrastructure dimensions

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting capital structure in Indonesia. The variables used were DER as the dependent variable and as independent variables are profitability, growth opportunity, fixed asset tangibility, size, dividend payout ratio and short-term debt to total assets. The sample used in this study is a company registered in LQ-45. And selected by using purposive sampling. Thus obtained 38 companies as a sample. The analytical method used is linear regression. \nThe results obtained from this study is the variable profitability, tangibility fixed assets and short term debt to total assets that have a significant influence 5%. While the growth opportunity and size variables have a significant influence 10%. While the variable dividend payout ratio does not have a significant influence.
