Listening is one of the most basic language skills in a second language learning. The various obstacles in language learning can be overcome through the use of learning models and cognitive styles that are appropriate with the characteristics of the students. The objective of this research is to find the effect of learning models and cognitive style toward the students’ English Listening Skill. This research is an experimental study with a treatment by level design and analyzed using two-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0.05. The sample of the study consisted of 56 students that divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The data obtained through the listening tests and cognitive style tests. The results showed that the students who were taught with integrative learning models and has the cognitive style of field independent is better than those taught with experimental learning models. The results of the study are expected to be applied in the learning process by English education Study Programs or colleges and other parties on an ongoing basis to improve the students\' of English listening skills
